Tension Headaches
I haven't been to the gym in two weeks because I have had a headache that entire time! It is finally starting to go away. I went to the doctor yesterday and she said it's a Tension Headache and nothing to worry about. She also told me that working out would actually make it feel better. Haha. Go figure.

Three simple rules when it comes to tension headaches (also works for migraines)- exercise for at least 10 minutes in the day, no matter how bad the headache is, stay hydrated, and make sure you eat (I learned all that after being in the hospital for them).
