How I Lost 80 Lbs

Welcome to my weight loss blog. My name is Michael Martin. A couple years ago, I was 310 pounds and feeling miserable. One day I finally decided to take charge and lose some serious weight. With no set plan, I took things day by day and in just a few months I easily lost 90 pounds. My rapid weight loss inspired several people close to me to take charge of their lives and lose a ton of weight. It got to the point where so many people were asking me how I did it, I had to write a book detailing every step of my weight loss just to keep up with them.

My book was in e-book format and was for sale online. I figured this was the cheapest and easiest way to share my story. I have now sold enough books to cover the cost of producing it, so I have created this blog to share my rapid weight loss secrets with the rest of the world.

Over the next few weeks I will post each section of my book on this blog for everyone to read. Also, once I get things up and running, I will post a link to where you can download the entire book for free. If you find my philosophies and techniques useful, please tell all your friends about my blog. My goal is to use my experience to help as many people as possible become healthy!
